Release Statement*
RELEASE STATEMENT The participant and any accompanying adults or guests attending classes with Rachael Gorbutt and/or any of its functions in a studio or off site does so at his/her own risk. By registering and enrolling your child(ren) in class(es) with Rachael Gorbutt, parent/legal guardian knowingly waives the right to litigation if injury occurs out of said participation but not limited to the owner, educator, or any of its affiliate's own negligence. Rachael Gorbutt and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages or personal injuries sustained by any participants or their guests while on or off premises. By enrolling in any class with Rachael Gorbutt, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to all policies and this does forever release and discharge Rachael Gorbutt and all owners, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and agents from any action or course of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the participants, accompanying adults or guests use or intended use of the said facilities and equipment on or off site. Any child not picked up 10 minutes after class will be sent to the After School Program. Please make sure your child is registered for the After School Program in case of emergencies.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY: Tuition is due prior to the first day of class. Payments not received by the 2nd week of class will be chard a $10 late fee. Once a student has attended class and paid tuition, enrollment will be considered compete and that class spot reserved. Deposits and Tuition are non-refundable. We will not issue creidts or refunds due to missed classes. Musical Theatre Kids follows the public school calendar. In the event of inclement weather, Musical Theatre Kids follows the public school closing decisions. A $25 charge will be applied to all returned checks. The fee per term is $150. Enrollments are taken on a first come, first serve basis by completing the form below and submitting it with payment. This is not a Cobb County School Sponsored event.
